Kitchen and Bedoom Renovation - Portsmouth, New Hampshire
Architectural design goals of this project were to add a master suite, garage, mud room connector, screen porch, and large deck that cascades on to the lawn of this historic Portsmouth NH property. Open concept living in the main areas (kitchen, dining, and living room) are achieved by removing interior walls and adding on spaces seamlessly. The second floor of the addition features a new master suite with a balcony.

Other architectural considerations include:
- Massing of that frames the yard and exterior living spaces.
- A first floor accessible in law guest room.
- Provide a strong connection between kitchen and living spaces.
- Maintain historical character of existing house.
