Town Clerk Office Addition Proposed Alternatives - Pomfret, Vermont

Pomfret, Vermont’s historic town center consists of three municipal buildings. The town asked us to create a presentation for residents to consider structural changes to accommodate the town’s growth. Our focus was preserving the village’s character and motivating the public to consider all viable options. To encourage the public to consider new use options, we created a brochure with computer visualizations of the options.

First, the town considered a clerk’s office addition to accommodate growth. Secondly, we suggested a renovation of a town school to utilize existing space. Finally, we visualized an addition to the existing town hall building.
