Gilman Bagmill Renovation – Gilman, Vermont

As part of an overall redevelopment plan for this former paper mill complex, TRH Design is working with the owner on converting the bagmill building into a manufacturing facility for renewable energy products. In addition to manufacturing, the plans for the building include studio spaces and housing.

The bagmill is part of an overall vision to revitalize this complex and create a renewable energy park. Other plans for the development include a hydropower facility and bio-mass power plant.

Realizing the vision will be a joint venture and effort from private business, government, and the community. TRH Design is collaborating with these entities on exploring viable ideas and plans for this important infrastructure project.
