Office Building Renovation – Exeter, New Hampshire
Located in the Town of Exeter Historic District, the design retrofits the existing building to mimic a carriage shed which is complimentary to the adjacent Victorian building. Architectural features that are introduced to the design include a cupola, covered areas with exposed structure, shingle siding, a barn door entry, and historical windows typical of New England barn architecture.

In addition to architectural historical upgrades, life safety and egress issues are addressed by the addition of two exterior stairways, scale and massing issues, interior layout and architectural design, and building envelope upgrades.
