Historic Office Renovation – Dover, New Hampshire

The project is a conversion of an existing church to a national consulting company's headquarters. The program includes office space, conference rooms, an exercise room, and support spaces.

Exterior renovations will include repairing and refinishing the existing siding and trim, window and roof replacement, landscaping, terraced steps, parking lot and sidewalk improvements. The project will also feature a geo thermal heating system with building envelope improvements. Mechanical, electrical, life safety and accessibility upgrades are also planned for the project.
